# Subscription plans

#### Basic Plan: pricing and billing periods

Basic Plan is the entry-level paid plan for using the 1msg service for a WhatsApp Business channel (channel subscription). The exact feature set, limits and commercial terms of Basic Plan are set out in the User Agreement at <https://1msg.io/user-agreement/> and on the current pricing page published by 1msg <https://1msg.io/pricing/>. If the summary below differs from the User Agreement or the published price list, the User Agreement and the published price list prevail.

Billing period. Basic Plan is charged on a recurring basis through Stripe Billing. The Client selects one of the following billing periods at checkout (or when changing the plan in the Stripe Customer Portal, where the product allows it):

* Monthly billing — the subscription renews every calendar month on the same billing cycle date determined by Stripe for that subscription, unless auto-renewal is turned off as described in the main policy; or
* Annual billing — the subscription renews every twelve (12) months on the same cycle, unless auto-renewal is turned off.

Each renewal creates a new paid period for that channel under Basic Plan. Taxes, if any, are shown on Stripe invoices according to the Client’s tax settings and Stripe configuration.

Changes to published prices for future periods, if applicable, follow the User Agreement and applicable notices (for example, advance notice on&#x20;
