Coupon Code Templates

Coupon Code Templates are marketing WhatsApp message templates that contain a single “Copy Code” button. When this button is pressed, the coupon code is automatically copied to the user’s clipboard — convenient for promotions, discounts, and promo campaigns.

Limitations

• Not supported in the WhatsApp Web client.

• The coupon code is limited to 15 characters.

• Button text cannot be changed, and the template may contain only one button of this type.

Creating a “Coupon Code” Template

Creating the template is described in the API documentation method /addTemplate.

• In the template, the “Copy Code” button’s text cannot be changed, and there can only be one such button type.
