To get started, you'll need an active account with 1msg.io. You can register using any email address, or create one automatically by signing in to Google or Facebook.
To do this, go to the registration page, enter your email and password and click Sign Up. Alternatively, select the Google or Facebook icon below the registration form.
To try the service for free without spending time connecting to a channel, use the demo channel. You can send and receive messages from your number.
Scan the QR code with your phone's camera (not WhatsApp) or send a special message from your number to our +6531743440 to connect your number for testing.
Before you can connect your own number and start working, you need to buy and pay for at least one month's subscription. If you just want to test, use the demo channel.
To subscribe, choose a monthly or annual plan and link your card. You can cancel your subscription at any time after the first payment
After paying for a subscription, you can connect your number to the WhatsApp Business API and get full access to all features: inbox and mobile app, broadcasts, chatbots, automation, website widget and more.
The process takes anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 days and is detailed in a separate guide.
Once your number is connected, you can immediately start receiving and responding to customer enquiries through your inbox and mobile app.
Open a chat with a customer or add a new number to message first.
To initiate a conversation with a customer on the WhatsApp Business API, you need to add and approve a specific template with Meta. Detailed information about templates and how to manage them is described in a separate guide.
Add your employees and colleagues as users to fully communicate with customers using the company number. Users can be assigned access to different channels if you have multiple numbers.
Go to the relevant section, enter the employee's email and assign them channel permissions. They will receive an email with a link to access the service.
Congratulations, your setup is complete!
