If you "took away" a phone number from this channel by specifying it when creating an another one, you will get the following message.
In this case click 'Give permission' and re-select the number from the dropdown list and click 'Save selection'. Note than you'll have to re-specify the number for the new channel (because you've just turned the number back), so try not to mix them up.
